I live within 5 minute walk of warehouse which normally i can collect items.But with all that's going on in the world this was not possible..so I had the items delivered but took 10days for the delivery..vapesuperstore saying royal mail were under pressure so to pay for next day delivery which were being priority over normal.. which I did not understand as I have ordered other items from online retailers 2 days after and still received these other items by royalmail 2nd class before my vapesuperstore delivery...Surely not right....All the people at the warehouse are very polite and helpful just the delivery nonsense...Will think again before placing online order with vapesuperstore

Customer service is outstanding. I felt so comfortable at the shop. The staff took their time to explain things to me and I will definitely recommend the Peckham shop to first time buyers .

Very pleased with the item and would recommend it, the service from your company was excellent again, the only minor criticism was the tracking system. According to the Web site my item was in the Bronx and I couldn't trace it at all. Other than this I have no complaints.

Received the item. It was awful. Sent it back to them to either repair or refund yet I’ve heard nothing back or got a new one. (Two weeks later so far)
